The other 2 both stated my flashing needed repair around the chimney and skylight. the Roof Squad used a drone to take pictures of that area.  The pictures showed that the flashing wasn’t rusty, but there were some hip shingles that had split open, allowing water to come in through the ceiling.

We had to have it replaced because the previous roof had been installed very poorly and the previous crew had used really cheap materials, so it was great to have a quality job done this time.
