From start to finish this has been an amazing experience. The Roof Squad came immediately to my home after a huge branch poked a hole through the roof and into the room below. From that point on I felt totally “taken care of” as they worked with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. In the end my entire roof was replaced minus the cost of the deductible.A special shoutout is in order for the men who did the actual work. Roof Squad did a great job on our roof. They took care of working with the insurance company for our claim. They were fast, thorough and cleaned up after they were done. Had two minor roof repairs require- one was a bay window outcropping that was leaking into the basement bedroom (used as a home office). The second was a corner over my house sunroom that had a failed decking (10 year old roof deck). Roberto performed the rotted deck and shingle removal and installed a replacement deck sheet, sealed and secured and then re shingled. Easy to get a quote, then sign/schedule, pay and complete the order.Would use again should I encounter need for another roof repair/maintenance. .
